Pour the liquid into a fondue pot on a stovetop, add the cheese and cook over medium heat until the fondue reaches 85 °C, stirring constantly.
Gruyère AOP and Le Freddo (raw cow’s milk, bacterial culture, salt, rennet), white wine (sulfites), garlic, kirsch, corn starch.
Pouch can be stored for up to 25 days in the refrigerator.
