Preparation
Preparing our Croc’Fondue couldn’t be easier: simply remove the tray from the outer packaging, bake in a 375°F oven for 15 minutes, then broil for 2 minutes.

Gruyère AOP and Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP (raw cow’s milk, bacterial culture, sodium chloride, salt, rennet), white wine (sulfites), garlic, kirsch, corn starch.
Brassicole Cheese Fondue
Swiss Gruyère and Emmental (raw cow’s milk, bacterial culture, salt, rennet), beer (water, yeast, malt, hops), garlic, corn starch.
L’Alliance Cheese Fondue
Gruyère AOP and Le Freddo (raw cow’s milk, bacterial culture, salt, rennet), white wine (sulfites), garlic, kirsch, corn starch.
Edelweiss Cheese Fondue
