Ideal as a meal for two hungry people or as an appetizer for 6 to 8 people.
Preparation
Heat, stir, and serve… Nothing to add!
Pour the liquid into a fondue pot on a stovetop, add the cheese and cook over medium heat until the fondue reaches 85 °C, stirring constantly.
Ingredients
Swiss Gruyère and Emmental (raw cow’s milk, bacterial culture, salt, rennet), white wine (sulfites), garlic, kirsch, corn starch.
Why are our fondues lactose-free?
Swiss cheeses – Le Gruyère AOP suisse, Emmentaler AOP suisse, Appenzeller®, Tête de Moine AOP, Tomme Vaudoise, Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP, Sbrinz AOP, Tilsiter, Vacherin Mont-d’Or AOP, Etivaz AOP, Fromage des Grisons, Raclette du Valais AOP – are lactose-free when ready to eat, because during the manufacturing process, lactose is completely transformed into lactic acid and other substances by lactic acid bacteria.
Storage
Pouch can be stored for up to 25 days in the refrigerator.
Can be stored in the freezer for up to 4 months.

What to serve with cheese fondue
Of course, bread is the traditional accompaniment for Swiss cheese fondue. But don’t stop there… Let your imagination run wild!

Delivery details
SOS Fondue delivers their cheese fondues through Dicom Transport using a cooler bag. Orders placed before Tuesday noon are delivered the same week, orders placed after Tuesday noon are delivered the following week.
To prevent the theft of parcels left outside your door, please provide us with an address where someone will receive the order during the week (work address or neighbour’s address, for example).
