Pour the liquid into a fondue pot on a stovetop, add the cheese and cook over medium heat until the fondue reaches 85 °C, stirring constantly.

Gruyère AOP and Vacherin Fribourgeois AOP (raw cow’s milk, bacterial culture, sodium chloride, salt, rennet), white wine (sulfites), garlic, kirsch, corn starch.

Swiss Gruyère and Emmental (raw cow’s milk, bacterial culture, salt, rennet), white wine (sulfites), garlic, parsley, kirsch, corn starch, spice blend, mustard.
Suissesse Cheese Fondue
